We require your generous financial assistance to continually improve our exhibitions, preserve our collections, and teach our youth and our future soldiers about the sacrifices of our veterans and the honour of serving in Canada’s military forces. While the Department of National Defence (DND) funds the Museums, it is not enough.

• Our collections continue to grow,
• Our visitors demand sophisticated exhibitions and experiences,
• Our children want to learn and understand.

To be able to do this properly, we require your support through monetary donations or gifts-in-kind. As DND Museums, we are able to issue tax receipts for your donation.

A recent fund-raising campaign netted the Museums over $100,000.00! This could not have happened without the support of you, our donors. Thank you! These funds were used for the widely successful renovations of the Museums, which reopened on 01 July 2005. Additional funds are being held in trust for future exhibitions, collection preservation and other operational requirements.

If you overlooked sending in your donation to the Canadian Airborne Forces Museum or the CFB Petawawa Military Museum and would still like to donate and have your name placed on the St Michael’s Wall at the entrance to the museum, please join the over hundreds of military enthusiasts, Petawawa families, veterans and members of the Airborne Brotherhood who have already given the museums their support.

Donations over $100 are welcome and will be especially recognized in the Museum on the St. Michael's Wall, as will all future donations and endowments to the Museum. Should you wish to donate a larger amount now, you may direct your donation over $100 for use in a specific gallery. Donations to the undesignated fund will be used to support the operations of the Museum. You can direct your donation to any of the following:

• Undesignated
• A specific unit/regiment or branch collection
• A specific project
• Hall of Remembrance
• Education and Outreach Programs
