The redevelopment of the Museum undertaken in 2004 and 2005 is continuing. The 2004/05 renovations of the Museum were supported by corporate, government and individual donations in excess of $85,000. All donations over $100 are recognized on the Saint Michael’s Wall at the entrance to the Museum complex. This fundraising program is planned to end in late 2006.

While the Department of National Defence provides buildings, building services and professional staff, developing and implementing new displays must be funded by voluntary donations raised by the Airborne Brotherhood and its supporters. There are sufficient funds available now to cover projects planned for 2006 and 2007, but future projects will require additional funds in the order of $30,000 annually. This is the Museum’s fundraising target for 2007.

A Long Term Fundraising Plan is now under development. As this plan matures, more information will be provided to you on this website, in Airborne publications and by direct mail. We need your continued support over the years to create and support a truly magnificent tribute to our airborne past, present and future.
